To do so, we need to do 5 things:
- Download and Install WPForms.
- Activate WPForms.
- Install the Conversational Form Addon.
- Create Form Fields and Enable Conversational Mode.
- Preview and Publish Your Form.
I’m sure that once you learn how to create conversational forms in WordPress you’ll easily be able to do a lot of things in your WordPress Website.
Without further ado, let’s get straight right into it.
Step 1 – Download and Install WPForms.
You can create registration forms, quote forms, extended contact forms, book classes, collect payments and so much more.
Before we create a form, you have to grab a copy of the WPForms – Click here.
Note: You can’t build this conversational form in the free version of WPForms (LITE Version).
After you’ve downloaded the form, you need to install it.
In order to install it, you can go to your WordPress Dashboard.
Go to Plugins > Add New. Next, choose Upload and select the WPForms plugin you’ve downloaded.
Then click install and activate it.
Congratulations, you’ve completed your first step.
Step 2 – Activate WPForms.
Now, you need to activate WPForms because we’re going to be linking it up to your account.
In order to activate WPForms, you need to head over to WPforms > Settings. Here’s where you need to verify your license key to access all WPForms features.
Note – You can get the license key from your account on the WPForms website.
Once you’ve copied and pasted your license key, click Verify Key.
Congratulations, you’ve completed your second step.

Step 3 – Install the Conversational Form Addon.
Your next step would be to head over to WPForms » Addons and then, install and activate the Conversational Forms add-on.
Once you’ve done that the conversational form addons would be activated and now you can move on to the next step.
Congratulations, you’ve completed your third step.
Step 4 – Create Form Fields and Enable Conversational Mode.
Our next step would be to create your form.
In order to create a form in WPForms, go to WPForms on your WordPress Dashboard.
Click WPForms and head over to Add New.
Now when you click Add New, you’ll have the option to create a New Form.
Name the form and choose from the pre-built template or create a blank form from scratch.
Once you’ve chosen your form, you can create your form fields and then add or remove the ones you need.
The next step is a very important step without which your form won’t work like a conversational form.
We are going to enable conversation Mode.
Head over to Settings » Conversational Forms then Enable Conversational Form Mode option.
Congratulations, you’ve completed your fourth step.
Step 5 – Preview and Publish Your Form.
Before we publish the form, make sure that all the forms and fields are exactly how you wanted it to be.
Now you can click on the Preview button to view how your form is gonna look like.
Although WPForms allows you to actually view your forms on the same screen, you can also choose to make it stand alone and enable page view option to be able to view in on a separate page.
If you like the form, it’s time to publish your form.
Congratulations you were able to complete the final step in the process.
Now you can take the “Embed Code” and place it anywhere on your website. You can place them in your blog posts, in your contact pages or signup pages.
You could also use it to create quiz type conversational forms in WordPress.
