Would you like to learn how to quickly grow your email list with Sendinblue and WPForms?
In this article, I’ll show you how to integrate Sendinblue email marketing tool with WPForms.
If you’re using any other email marketing tool like ConvertKit, GetResponse, etc, there’s an addon for it as well. Right now I’d like to show you how you can integrate Sendinblue and WPForms to grow your email list.
What’s so great about WPForms is that it is built to integrate with most email autoresponder’s in the market. What you’re allowed to do is quickly create a newsletter form on your website and integrate it with your sendinblue account.
In order to do that, you need to install the Sendinblue Addon.
What this allows you to do is that it lets you subscribe users to lists, unsubscribe users, delete users and so much more. Sometimes when you combine that with conditional logic you’ll be able to maximize the growth and results of your email list generation on your forms.
Now as more and more leads starts entering or filling your forms (the forms that you’ve built with WPForms) you can then use sendinblue’s email autoresponder series to create, automate, personalize and send out campaigns that result in income for your business.
Most businesses fail to collect leads from the other forms on their website like contact form, registration form, a quote form or any other form that you may have on your website. Intergrate that also with your sendinblue account with the addon that WPForms provides and you’ll be able to turn those leads into revenue.
Doing this turns your website visitors into email list and then into paying customers.
So, if you don’t have WPForms installed, click here to install it.
Note: WPForms is needed to integrate it with your sendinblue account.

Installation Process For Sendinblue Addon On Your Website.
In order to quickly grow your email list with Sendinblue and WPForms you need to first install the sendinblue addon.
Before that make sure that you’ve got WPForms installed and activated on your website. You’ll have to verify it with your license and then install the sendinblue addon.
Step 1. Connect Your WPForms To Your Sendinblue Account.
So the first steps is to find the sendinblue addon, install it and activate it. So if you’re ready with that then follow along and we’ll connect it together.
Go to WPForms -> Settings and click on the Integrations tab as you can see it in the image below and there when you scroll down you’ll find the Sendinblue icon with it’s button.
All you need to do now is click on the Sendinblue option that you see on the screen. If you click it, you’ll be able to expand it’s settings. Now you’ll be able to find the Add New Account button, click on it it and you’ll be able to create your account or enter your account information. This links it up for you.
Refer the image below to see what I mean here.
Click on the above button and you’ll be asked to fill in your Sendinblue account with it’s API keys and also your account nickname.
Do it. (Refer image below for the steps)
You’re asked to enter your sendinblue’s API key, so just login to your sendinbue account and find your API key. Go to the right side and you’ll find your API key. Check below image, it can be found by clicing the SMTP & API tab as seen in the image below.
Hope you’re able to find your API key.
Just by clicking it, you’ll be able find your API key.
If you can’t find them, please ask customer support.
Now all you need to do is to copy this API key and go back to your WPForms settings page and paste that API key.
Refer to the image below to know where you should paste your API Key.
Once you’ve pasted your API key, you’ll want to add your Sendinblue nickname as well in the field below it. This is essentially to have a reference to your sendinblue account. You can create multiple sendinblue accounts with different nicknames.
Does all this make sense to you? So now follow the image below and create your nickname as in the image below.
Once you’ve entered a nickname, click Connect to Sendinblue button. This will then connect both WPForms and Sendinblue.
You should be able to see the below Connected status to see if it has been successful or not. You also have the possibility to Disconnect from it as well.
For any queries, refer the image below.
Step 2. Integrate Sendinblue With Your Forms.
Now that your Sendinblue account is being linked to your WPForms account on the backend, you can now create a new form and then whenever something happens all the data will go to your Sendinblue account.
But before we do that, we’ve got to configure something, alright!
So, let’s do one thing: Let’s create a form, use an existing form if you will.
So after you’ve create your form, go to the Marketing Tab on the left and there you’ll find the Sendinblue Tab. Click on it and you’ll be able to link your form to your Sendinblue account. All you’ve got to do is click on the Add New Connection button.
Refer the image below to follow along.
Once you click on that Add New Connection button, you’ll see the following popup open. You need to fill in your nickname and so you’ll give a name and click Ok button.
Just in case, you’ve got more than one Sendinblue account connected to WPForms, all you’ve got to do is select the account from the dropdown that you can see below.
Under the Action to Perform, you can go ahead and choose the which action you’d like it to work when people submit the firm.
If your goal is to collect email leads, choose Subscribe and you’ll begin to send all your leads into your email list.
After you’ve selected what action you want it to perform, you’ll see that it opens up additional settings that you’ve got to configure. Don’t worry, they aren’t tough, just set this and you’ll be done.
Refer to the image below for easy understanding.
All that it’s asking is to link it up to the form which has an email field, which new email should be sent to the person who subscribes and which list the lead data should go to.
I hope you’re able to get an idea of what’s being asked of you in the form above. If you don’t know, please ask me in the questions box below.
Sometimes, your form may have some extra fields so you can link that up with the custom fields name and the form field value to your sendinblue account.
Have more data you need to collect, click on the plus icon, and map or connect that field and value to it accordingly.
After you’ve done that, you’re done with the settings. Just be sure to save the form.
Make sure to Save every single setting for every single form that you have.
Failure to Save it may cause you to lose all the lead data that you’re collecting with your forms.
There you have it. This is how you integrate your WPForms with Sendinblue account so you can quickly grow your email list with sendinblue and WPForms.
All you need to do is to install and activate WPForms and create your Form. Install the Sendinblue Addon and then connect it.
